vintage_belle | (no subject)

Buy Me Stuff weekend - I mean, Fall Festival, has come and gone. My parents just left after a decent breakfast at a place called Baker's Somethingorother (note: Not the actual name, but wouldn't it be awesome if it was?). The food yesterday (at the Machine Shed and Stone Cellar) was much better, but I'm not complaining - it'll be a long time before I get off campus to a restaurant again. I now have knitting needles and a crochet hook - Maggie, get your lessons ready 8D Buwahahahahahahahahaaaaa :cough: - and many colors of yarn.

Final notes: There are only two instances in which you will ever get to say: "No, I'm not my car." If someone in a parking lot asks, "Where you at?" and if someone asks, "Are you your car?"

When you're a guy and you have a hot pink quilt people see it and seem to instinctively ask, "Why?" I like to say, "I chose it", because, really, I did. Also I'm tired of pointing at something obviously hot pink and saying, "No, it's burgundy." Remember Strawberry Shortcake? She wore Burgundy.
