I am bored and want to be back at Lawrence. Go figure, huh? I miss everyone out there, though, and sitting around here has not been fun - though I have been getting an exceptional amount of writing done. I need more books or something; I've already gone through everything in my library. Now all I do is sit around on the internet and do nothing.
Mom forced me shopping on Monday, but in exchange I got to pick the shopping place. I have pretty new clothes from Urban Outfitters, and they make me happy. They had audio books of Jon Stewart's America - it was awesome.
Yesterday I got to see the Twins again with Ellen, and towards the end Genina made an appearance. We watched movies all day - Bedazzled, The Final Cut, and Ocean's Twelve. I must say that seeing Bedazzled again doesn't change my original opinion about it - it's still corny, but it's really cute and Brendan Frasier is really good at playing up the different scenarios. Similarly, Ocean's Tweleve is no where near as good as Ocean's Eleven - the original or the remake - but it is a fun movie and Catherine Zeta-Jones' character still annoys me. I particularly like the interaction between Danny and Rusty; their timing was much improved, they play well off each other, and they are such an old married couple. The Final Cut I'd never seen before, but it was a fantastic movie for Robin Williams. There was humor, and the ending was fabulous. It's funny how Robin Williams always seems to do better in semi-serious roles. Anyway, I'd reccomend them all for different purposes - Bedazzled is really good for a nothing-better-to-do viewing, Ocean's Twelve has some nice eye-candy, and The Final Cut is great for a suspense movie and twisted ending.
