And you know what's the best part, darling? If you put in "Sasuke, 15, Male, Chuunin" he ends up w/ the sparkly pink nail polish too. ;)~
Isn't this quiz awesome? We had waaaaaay too much fun making it up... O.o

Yeah I blew a gasget that day, so I wrote you back and then got rid on the entry so I figure I'll show you what I put:
I feel that I need to add my own two cents into this, though others before me have said similar things.

One: Japan has apologized. Both the Emperor and Prime Minister Koizumi have issued offical apologies to the rest of Asia for things the soldiers did during the war.

Two: Japan was under a military dictatorship at the time. You can't blame the people or Emperor Hirohito for what happened; it wasn't like they could do anything about it.

Three: Japan has given something to the effect of 7 billion yen in reparations to the rest of Asia, and continues to give more every time China, in particular, feels touchy about what happened.

Four: I mean I can't hold this against the Japanese in that I was not affected, but how can you go and cry about the A Bomb when you've done a thousand times worse?! That's entirely unfair - and I mean in a big way. For one thing, they're "crying" about not one, but TWO A bombs, that left the same scars on Japan as the Japanese left in Korea and China. For another, out of every Japanese exchange student here that I've met (and I've met them all), and my Japanese teacher, NONE of them "cry" about it. In fact, some of them think that it was good that the bombs brought Japan down and ended their part in the war. Maybe the historian you saw on tape was a jackass and a moron, and he was, but that does not count for the rest of the population.

Five: You speak about Japan joining in the philosophy of making ammends for mistakes committed by their grandfathers. Well how about those people who survived the war? Don't they get a little peace without having "their" atrocious acts shoved down their throat? How long will people go on blaming Japan and the Japanese, or Germany and the Germans, for the horrors of World War Two, eh? How long will people have to point and say "This was your fault" before they let it go? Forever? That's just not fucking fair.

Yeah, I realize I was unfair. I think I was just caught up in the anger of the moment, if you read the follow up I apologize. I think it was more the matter of having this shoved down my throuat for 2 weeks straight without any chaser really shook me up. Becuase before this I was unaware that Japan did anything bad in ww2 (other than pearl harbor) so it just shook me up. You know me, I'm not hateful by nature, I think what happened was I was looking at this stuff for so long without anyone telling me any of the poisitives like:
One: Japan has apologized. Both the Emperor and Prime Minister Koizumi have issued offical apologies to the rest of Asia for things the soldiers did during the war.

and other such things and Sokoloff made it sound like there was nothing done soooo I mean I was misinformed myself. Thats no excuse though, I was a jackass in this post and shall delete it.
