a few random thoughts

1. When you set a deadline for something, it's generally a nice idea for you to be ready and prepared for it - even if delay is inevitable.
2. When you are working on more than one character for an RP at a time, it's generally a nice idea for you to finish one before moving onto the next four - 'cause a "needs-tweaking" character is no good for a game.
3. When you are a co-moderator of something, it's generally a nice idea for you to be on top of and active in the creation process - as opposed to letting your co-moderator do all the work and then saying "looks good to me", as though you have the right to have input.
4. If you can't follow your own rules, it's generally a nice idea for you to let the other person know, so they can explain them - as opposed to sitting back and allowing yourself to think you are the victim when your lack of knowledge is exposed.
5. Rather than not being online for days on end when it is revealed that you really aren't the greatest RPGer, it's generally a nice idea for you to talk to someone and improve yourself - as opposed to sulking off somewhere and not having any contact.
For all these reasons and more, UVDG is now in my sole posession as a moderator - and I'm saying it out-right. I'm tired of this.
