So art pilgrimages are fun, even if you've got no idea what you're pilgrimaging for. They're better with friends, though. Shinya called me up - woke me up, actually, through my mom - to ask if I wanted to join her on her art pilgrimage. Not that I had any idea what that was, but I agreed nonetheless. It couldn't be all bad, after all, and it wasn't. We wound up going to the Frick Collection, which is one of my favorites, and the Met (duh). At the Frick Collection we bumped into Joyce and we grouped together, which was awesome 'cause I never get to see Joyce anymore. After we were done at the Frick Collection we walked up to the Met. When they were done there (this was all for an art class they have) we trooped outside, sat on the front steps and had hotdogs, a "pizza"-filled pretzel, and ice cream. Good day ^_^
Then I went home and had AP English tutoring. Murr.
