vintage_belleYesterday would have been my dad's 60th birthday. I would have called via Skype and we would have talked for hours even though we would have just seen each other over winter vacation. I'd have whined about not having a job for next year, and probably at some point mentioned that he was old.
As it was, I got an e-mail from my mom in the morning and went to work and didn't think about it again until I got home - and then I only thought about it a little. I didn't think about it at all last year. But two years ago I made him his favorite kind of flourless chocolate cake.
There's really no point to this entry. Just all the thinking I didn't do yesterday catching up.
