I don't think I've ever really iterated how much I love mens' figure skating. I really love mens' figure skating. Like burning. I just saw Plushenko, and that makes me happy, but hot damn was Takahashi's routine good.

And they're first and second. I can agree with this.

some of my teachers were talking about how nobunari is probably ~あれ系~ today and i wanted to be like "No!! he's just adorable!" but he is a figure skater. what do you expect?

I haven't seen Nobunari yet. I'm looking forward to him! Poor figure skater boy. XD They're so stereotyped.

YOU SEE WHY I LOVE HIM!? And that face. ♥ I thought both the Japanese guys skated cleaner than Pluchenko but I guess he had a bit more difficulty. They're less than 1 point apart for a reason! Well, takahashi and pluchenko at least. But one of the americans ends up second... not weir. someone else i've never heard of. patrick chan eats it on the ice apparently but they probably won't broadcast him.

Weird that Weir didn't make it. He's usually up there. But I guess he had an off day. ah well. Plushenko has just been winning for so long that I think there's a law against him not getting a medal. XD

I am sad that they're not going to broadcast everyone, though. I want to see them all. (Although I missed a bunch anyway.) :/

They haven't even played Kozuka's yet. Maybe they will play Chan... he's the top in Canada. And they've done a bunch of features on Weir too. Oh they must be. This isn't over til 10:48. But there could be a big shake up with the Free program on Friday.

They'll show the top 8 I'm sure. That's where the competition is! So we'll see Chan and Weir and Kozuka at least. And the other American guy whose name I don't know.

Yeah. He had a pretty good routine, but not nearly as awesome as Takahashi's. STill sad to see him get such a low score. (But I'm a bleeding heart about competitions, I feel bad for everyone. XD)

Aw Chan. He's not going to medal, but he's only 19. If he stays with it, he could come back next time and get stronger. He does have some moves, but he was nervous.

He did pretty damn good! He's got a good program, too. I'm sure he'll be better next time around.
