(no subject)

I'm getting quite sick of this 'let the ALTs find out on their own' attitude that JoyTalk seems to have. All I want is to be told things, like definite dates and starting times, and to be presented with things like Alien Registration Card application papers. Things that are necessary for things like bank accounts and cell phones. Even though we went through the application today, I apparently have to wait until the 23 before I'll see the card. It's incredibly annoying and worries me more than teaching - which I start on the 7th. At least my schools seem all right. The middle school seems really strict, the one I think I'll best is my Thursday elementary school, and the other elementary school is really big and next to a graveyard and the teachers all seemed subdued but nice.

Tomorrow we apparently have more training on top of the health check - which nobody said anything about until this morning. Ugh.
