Well, the Ras left yesterday's game with a fractured right finger thanks to a comebacker, which means we're going to be starting Clippard, who is the seventh rookie this year. Also the Yanks are a total of five games under .500 - standing at 18 and 23, and being 10.5 games out of first. It sucks. A lot.

*snugs* That was a hard one to watch, for sure. My heart hurt for Ras. When he pulled his hand up close and had to run off the field with Gene, it was obvious how much pain he was in.

I watched 'til the end, but this is only because I'm a masochist ;_;

It's still so strange. Even with all the injuries, I just refuse to believe we have a bad team, or even a not-so-good team! Damn voodoo dolls. *facepalm* Moose doesn't approve.

I would have watched if I'd been around for it. I had work, however - I learned what happened through my cellphone alerts and on the MLB site. Maybe one of these days I'll go and watch the game, if only to see Myers at bat.

See, I don't believe we have a bad team either. I know we have a good one. I know we're better than this. I'm waiting for us to play like we should have been playing this whole time, and when we do, I'll be happier for it. But it's getting harder to have hope of a post season. *sigh* Moose is unimpressed by everything.
