I did absolutely nothing productive today. It was the best day I've had all summer. Well, the best aside from the tea party, which I shall always look back on fondly, but that day falls under the 'productive days' category.

I did finally finish transferring my entries from last year's trip to China into a proper journal, but that was all. The first day of simply hanging about is always the best. Now I'm going to be bored stiff.

My lethargy was lovely, though I will miss the money. I really am going to have to come up with something to do during the days, however, or soon I'll be whining about wanting to be at work.

Well, vacation is necessary so one doesn't get burned out and go postal on one's workplace.

True, very true. And considering I started work a day after I got home, and worked for over eight weeks, I'd say by now I'm entitled to it. This will give me a chance to work on my costume for next ACen, as well.
