That's ... erm ... you guys don't, do you? But it was either this or fuscia, which was just wrong.



In news I've gotten much done by way of baking. I have been working on scones, cookies, and other things such as freshly made mock-Devonshire cream for next week - and they're coming along quite nicely. At least today's trials turned out rather well and will provide me with sweets for the rest of the week. What I need now is a proper tea-pot, because the hulking metal kettle has been making tea taste funny lately - the thing is old, so I'm sure its the culprit. Meh, I'll figure it out. I have also been put to work polishing silver pieces that mother recently remembered the existence of and decided to display. My fingers ache from the cramped positions they've been forced in to. It's satisfying to see the results, though I'm still going to demand pay.

Shit. I just realized I didn't make it clear that Saturday won't work out. Would it be a problem if we had tea on Sunday? I get off work at five, and Lise and I could easily come over then. And we wouldn't mind anyone joining us at all.
