To take my mind off my very soon-to-be-happening driving lesson: Look at your LJ "interests" list. If you have fewer than 50 interests, pick every fifth one. If you have between fifty and seventy-five interests, pick every seventh one. If you have over seventy-five interests, pick every tenth one. If you have fewer than ten, pick all of 'em.



Baseball: Uh, let's think about this. I'm a New Yorker. Grew up in New York all my life. Dad was born in New York. Mom was born in New York. Dad grew up in the Bronx, Mom grew up in Brooklyn. Dad used to play games for baseball cards, and has a staduim seat from the original original Yankees field. I'm supposed to not like baseball?

Comedy: George Carlin, Eddie Izzard, Robin Williams, Jackie Mason, Mel Brooks ... uh, yeah, comedy rocks. Especially the irreverent kind.

Dir en grey: Awesome music, gorgeous people, excellent drum and bass. Got into them shortly after I discovered Gackt and Malice Mizer - I was looking for Gackt stuff and 'Yokan' came up (which is not a Gackt song, but I didn't know it at the time). It took until I was looking through icons and saw a Dir en grey icon before I found out who they were, though.

Elvish: I love languages, so why shouldn't I love a made-up one?

Gilbert and Sullivan: I adore their operas - they're satirical and clever.

Hurricanger: I blame col_hughes for this one. She found them first.

Kagrra,: Another wonderful band. I love their purpose, which is to basically make Heian-era-ish music on modern instruments, and their sense of aesthetics.

Lord of the Rings: Goes right up there with Elvish, doesn't it? I mean, have you read these books? I'm supposed to not like them? A better story you're hard-pressed to find.

Music: Well, I am a vocalist. It would hardly make sense for me to be a vocalist if I didn't like music.

Pocky: Where do you think I got my username from?

Scotland: I have a burning desire to go there and kidnap a whole lotta people so I can be surrounded by the accent all day long. Oh, yeah, and live in a Scottish castle. I think I might have been Scottish in a past life.

Singing: These are all just corresponding with each other, aren't they?

Vampires: Specifically the Anne Rice kind, because those books are just beautiful. And those books were how I got into them at all.

Yaoi: Buwahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.
