I was not expecting Kaibutsu-kun to be a 9 episode drama for the first three, but now it makes a lot of sense that it will be. And while I wish there was more of it, I'm glad it is only 9, because dragging it out to 11 would probably have killed the pacing.

Kaibutsutarou has learned his lessons, he went back to make up with Utako and Hiroshi rather than go to back to the monster world and forget them. Now they can devote the last two episodes to EPIC BATTLE instead of throwing in a filler episode or two. Also it eliminates the problem of Kaibutsutarou having to fight minions without the Devil Stone, which I don't think they could have gotten around otherwise.

And may I say that I adored Mabo's wig? It was the most hilarious bad wig ever.


I figured out what was wrong with the left sleeve of my jacket - I had sewed two rights. Kind of like previously I had sewed two left sides of the jacket bodice instead of a whole jacket bodice. I am so special. 8Db

Any rate, now it's fixed and attached properly, and lying flat instead of doing that awful puckering. I can get started on the lining now (and hopefully have a better time of not sewing the same side twice, since it's patterned). With any luck this jacket will be ready for wearing by next week.
