Maki's character is the kind of 2d "I'm only here to make your life hard, and I'm going to be such a bitch as I take delight in it" character that I always want to punch in the face. (To be fair, Sho's character isn't exactly impressive being the sort that makes me smack my forehead every time he makes puppy eyes of 'why isn't the world fair?'.) It would probably help if I could understand the legalese that keeps coming, and thus maybe the whole situation and her motivations, but damn I already want her to be hit by a bus.

In terms of the format, I don't mind the random quiz in puts and the huge fonts and effects and overacting. I like what they've been doing with the 'samurai' battle theme while the legal things are being worked out - at least I can tell who won what battle that way. orz I really like the live mini-broadcasts they have after the show.

Otherwise I'm still a little on the fence about how I feel.

(And I love the fact that the office is called Ohno. XD)
