Not to play doctor (cause being a nurse certainly doesn't make me one), usually eyelid things are related to tearducts and hair follicles. Warm compresses are the best thing for it, in those cases. Usually, when looking, you can tell what the culpret might be, but you're not seeing and lumps or bumps? Any pain? Redness or discharge.
