A woman I work with is studying to be a massage therapist and she was talking about Cubital the other day. My mom had surgery because of her Carpal Tunnel and there were these exercises they told her to do afterward - a way to stretch the tendons or something - that they said would have helped a lot in not needing the surgery. If you have to go back to the doctor, or maybe just do some research online, ask him about that.
