looong day
Sep. 13th, 2002 11:58 pmNyoooooooo. I didn't write yesterday, but I'll give you a brief summary: school sucked and I had a voice lession at which I sounded like a frog from lack of singing all summer.
Today was sooo long. Rogers (who I've been calling Jefferson until now) is the same as always. I swear, I didn't know her real name until yesterday, that's how wonderful an impression she made on me. Her class seems to inch by even slower on Fridays, which I really hope won't happen every Friday.
When school finally ended, Washuu, Piccolo, Joyce, Graham and I all trekked to the Toys "R" Us in Times Square. You know, the one with the ferris wheel inside it? We were there for the longest time, and I bought waaaaaaaaay too much candy, which I am currently on a sugar-high from. I will be until at least 2:00 AM at which time I'll get a splitting headache and nearly die.
I think I may have walked off anything worse, though, because then we all proceeded from Times Square to China Town, and to Elizabeth Center. Washuu and Graham then left us (it's nearly 6:00 PM at this point) and us remaining went to Pearl Paint on Canal street. Joyce needed supplies. After grabbing shopping fuel at the Scottish Lounge (aka McDonald's) we proceeded to spend an hour shopping for Joyce's art supplies.
Well, to make that politically correct: Piccolo and Joyce shopped, I followed them around and pretended to know what they were shopping for. I'm a tekkie not an art major, damn it! I don't know! (Guess where *that* line's stolen from correctly and I give you a cookie.) I didn't get home until approximately 7:45. My feet hurt =;_;= nyyooooooooooooo
