And also, I agree with your comment on our weak, pathetic bench. Why isn't Andy Phillips being brought up? Since the spring he's played every infield position except short stop, he's currently a second baseman down at SWB so he could do a little of everything if need be. And he's better defensively than Phelps. I don't get it.
I'm nervous that this run of injuries is going to cause Cash to do something rash.
