So, I would say that today's tea party was a success as tea parties go. The company was delightful. I am rather proud of the way my attempts at baking turned out and estatic at the way they were recieved - which has firmed my resolve to go to the Culinary Institute of America after graduating Lawrence. All in all, I should very much like to host another - perhaps some time next month. We shall see.


Two more weeks of work and then I can put this horrfic job behind me. Just two more.

I have finished the Blood Jewels Trilogy - on Friday, actually. Why, oh why, did it have to end? I want more!

Ah yes. I did see that when I went to buy Queen of the Darkness, but was on a budget. Since I just got paid today, it's my next stop ^_~

It was absolutely delightful! And if you went to the CIA, I would force you to throw tea parties at least once a week.

I'm glad you enjoyed it! Now I really must go to the CIA. I shall become the new Victorian Philanthropist giving public tea paries, and then in my later years the Crotchety Old Lady with many cats and a reputation for being odd. A fitting end for myself, I think.

Yes, your attic is truly a must. I end work next Friday, so perhaps that weekend or the one following? Naturally there will be cucumber sandwiches - with mint.
